At Thunder Elite, we believe that great athletes become even greater leaders. Our Leadership Program is designed to empower dedicated athletes ages 13 and up with real-world experience, mentorship, and opportunities to grow as positive role models both in and out of the gym.
Through hands-on coaching, team support, event involvement, and leadership training, our athletes learn to take initiative, communicate with confidence, and contribute meaningfully to our Thunder community. Leadership athletes assist in classes, guide younger athletes, and play an important role in the success of our camps, showcases, and events throughout the season.
This program is more than just helping out—it's about developing strong voices, responsible habits, and skills that last a lifetime. Leadership is earned through commitment, consistency, and character. We’re proud to offer this opportunity to those ready to step up and lead with heart.
